Terms of Service

Terms for using Pynex services and shop.

At a glance

  • Security services only on systems you are authorised to test
  • Deposit and milestones are defined in each project proposal
  • Code and design transfer to you after full payment
  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered unless defective

1Definitions

"We" or "Pynex" provides web and software development, bot building, cyber-security services and digital products. "You" is anyone who visits the site, creates an account, orders a project or buys a product. A "Project" is custom work agreed in a written proposal or contract. A "Product" is a ready-made script, bot, tool or file sold in the shop.

2Acceptance and changes

By using the site, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. We may update them; the new version is published with the date shown above and applies to new orders. Projects already in progress continue under the terms in force when they were ordered.

3Your account and SMS sign-in

You sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for the number and for access to it.
- Never share your code with anyone, including people claiming to be Pynex support — we never ask for it.
- You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us immediately about misuse.
- Information you provide (name, e-mail, number) must be accurate and yours.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade limits or abuse discounts is prohibited.

4Project services (web, bots, software)

Every project starts with a written proposal covering scope, features, price, payment milestones and schedule. Only what is written in the proposal is our commitment.
- Scope changes: new requests outside the proposal are done after we quote extra cost/time and you approve.
- Your cooperation: delays in content, access or feedback move the delivery date accordingly.
- Materials: you are responsible for owning and lawfully using the text, images, logos and data you give us.
- Third-party services: domains, hosting, payment gateways and external services may cost extra and follow their providers' terms.

5Pricing, payment and invoices

Prices are in Toman as stated in the proposal. Work normally starts after a deposit; the balance is paid by milestone or on delivery.
- Online payments go through a licensed gateway; we never see or store your card details.
- An official invoice is issued on request; send the required details before paying.
- Until full payment we retain final delivery of source code, admin access and transfer of ownership.
- If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable in proportion to work done and third-party costs already paid; the rest is settled as agreed.

6Schedule and delivery

Timelines are professional estimates that assume you provide materials on time. Each milestone is delivered with notice. If you report no specific defect within 7 business days, the milestone counts as accepted. A demo shown before final delivery is not delivery.

7Revisions and post-delivery support

The number of revisions per milestone is stated in the proposal. After final delivery, defects caused by our work are fixed free of charge during the support period stated in the proposal (30 days if unstated). Not covered: changes made by others, updates to servers or third-party plugins, host-related problems, attacks caused by configuration outside our control, and new features.

8Digital products and shop

Shop products are licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis unless the product page says otherwise.
- Licence: for personal use or one project/domain; resale, public sharing and removing ownership notices are prohibited.
- Download and updates: the download link activates in your account after successful payment; updates follow each product's description.
- Refunds: because files are digital, no refund is given after delivery unless the product does not match its description or is defective, you report it within 7 days and we cannot fix it. Then a full or proportional refund is issued.
- Failed payments: if your bank debited you but no order exists, contact support with the bank reference; refunds are usually processed by the bank within a few business days.

9Security services and penetration testing

This section is critical for security work and must be observed before any action.
- Written authorisation: assessments are performed only on systems whose owner or official representative has given written authorisation. You declare you have the legal authority; third-party assets (shared hosting, cloud, partner systems) require their consent too.
- Scope and rules: domains, addresses, time window and allowed methods are set in a "rules of engagement" document; nothing outside it is tested.
- Operational risk: despite care, testing may cause temporary slowness or disruption; backups and a suitable time window are your responsibility.
- Reports and confidentiality: findings are delivered only in a private report and kept confidential; we do not disclose your vulnerabilities to others.
- Shop scripts and security tools: use them only on systems you own or are authorised in writing to test. Unauthorised use is a crime and the user bears full responsibility.
- Responsible disclosure: if you find a vulnerability in our own site, report it privately without exploiting or publishing it; we appreciate it.

10Intellectual property

After full payment, rights to the project-specific code and design transfer to you as the proposal states. These stay with their owners: open-source libraries (under their licences), generic tools and components we built earlier and reuse, and third-party licensed fonts and images. We may show the project in our portfolio (without confidential information) unless you object in writing. Pynex's name, logo and site content belong to us.

11Confidentiality

We keep your technical and business information, credentials and users' data confidential and use them only for your project. Send credentials through a secure channel (not public chat) and rotate them after the work. This duty survives the end of our relationship unless information becomes public or the law requires disclosure.

12Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site for attacks, unauthorised scanning, malware, spam or any unlawful activity.
  • Do not access others' accounts or admin areas without permission or bypass technical limits.
  • Do not post abusive, threatening or rights-infringing content in tickets, chat or forms.
  • Do not use bots or automation to burden the service beyond reasonable use.

13Live chat, tickets and communication

Live chat and ticket messages are stored for support and follow-up. A support reply is not a new contract or commitment; official commitments exist only in a written proposal or contract. Response hours are approximate. Do not post sensitive data (passwords, SMS codes, card details) in chat. How visitors are recognised in chat is explained in the Privacy Policy.

14Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services and products are provided "as is" with professional effort. We cannot guarantee error-free software or an impenetrable system. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for that service/product and excludes indirect loss, lost profit or data, and business interruption, unless caused by our wilful misconduct. Backing up your data is your responsibility.

15Suspension and termination

We may restrict your access, temporarily or permanently, for breach, abuse or unlawful activity. You may stop using the services and request account deletion at any time. Termination does not remove outstanding payments or the clauses on intellectual property, confidentiality and limitation of liability.

16Events beyond our control

If events beyond reasonable control occur (widespread internet or power outage, network restrictions, large-scale cyber-attack, natural disaster, legal orders), obligations are postponed until the situation ends and the delay is not a breach.

17Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran (including its e-commerce law). We first try to resolve disputes through discussion and support; failing that, Iranian courts have jurisdiction. If part of this text is held invalid, the rest remains in force.

18Contact

For questions about these terms use the site's live chat, the "Start a project" form or the contact page.
